Service Advisor
At Strathearn Engineering, our Service Advisors are the vital link between our customers and our workshop team.
As the first point of contact, you'll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring every vehicle receives the attention and communication it deserves.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards and personal service that Strathearn Engineering is known for.
Duties include:
Answering phone calls
Dealing with customers
Handling customer bookings
Updating customers with ongoing repairs
Conducting customer car handovers
Creating estimates for repairs required
Invoicing for work completed
Taking payments
What We Look For
A team player with a positive attitude and strong motivation to excel.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – we welcome candidates willing to learn and grow.
