Service Assistant
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an interest in the automotive industry?
At Strathearn Engineering, a renowned Land Rover specialist garage, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to all our clients.
Prepare and provide cost estimates for vehicle repairs.
Order parts and ensure timely procurement for repair jobs.
Handle invoicing and maintain accurate records.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email professionally and promptly.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
A team player with a positive attitude and strong motivation to excel.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – we welcome candidates willing to learn and grow.
